Lafayette Motor programming

• On the motor head: Locate the small program button (often recessed; you may need a paperclip).
• Press and hold the program button for about 2–3 seconds until the shade jogs (moves slightly up/down) and/or the motor LED blinks.
  This means the motor is in programming mode.

• On the remote control, press the program button (usually on the back or under the battery cover) briefly.
• The shade should jog again, confirming the remote is now paired.

1. Move to Upper Limit
   • Use the UP button to move the shade to your desired fully open position.
   • Press STOP to halt.
   • Hold UP + STOP together until the shade jogs.

1. Move to Lower Limit
   • Use the DOWN button to move to your desired fully closed position.
   • Press STOP to halt.
   • Hold DOWN + STOP together until the shade jogs.

1. Save Limits
   • Hold STOP for ~2 seconds until the shade jogs twice.
   • Limits are now stored.

• If UP moves the shade down (or vice versa), hold UP + DOWN together for ~5 seconds until the shade jogs.
  This reverses the motor direction.

• Press the motor’s program button briefly.
• The shade will jog, confirming programming is complete.

Pair Remote ( Black or white Problinds remote)

• Put Shade in Pairing Mode (Green Motor hold button on motor head for 3 seconds, shade will jog and beep)
• within 10 seconds press "C" on the back of the remote or press stop button on front of remote
• Shade will Jog to confirm Pair

Change Motor Direction

• Press L button on back of remote & stop button on front of remote at the same time
• shade will jog to confirm change of direction
• Method 2, Press Up & Down at the same time, shade will jog, direction has been changed

Set Limits start with upper limit

• Press L button on back of remote until shade jogs
• Move shade to desired upper limit
• Press C button, shade will jog to confirm upper limit set
• Move shade to desired Bottom Limit
• Press C shade will jog to confirm bottom limit has been set

Adjust a Limit

• You will need to adjust both limits, you can not only adjust one of them
• Move shade to limit that needs to be adjusted
• once shade is at current Limit, press L button on back of remote, shade will jog
• adjust limit
• press C button shade will jog to confirm
• Immediately go  to where you want bottom limit
• Press L button shade will jog to confirm limit has been set

Set Favorite Position

• Move shade to desired favorite Position
• Press L button on back and up button on front of remote at the same time
• Shade will jog to confirm favorite position has been saved
• To access Favorite position press stop button on remote

Delete a Motor from a Remote

• Press C button on back of remote 3 times, third time may need to be a long press. Shade will beep thought process. Motor  will Jog confirming that remote has been removed from Motor

Green Motor Programming

Pair Motor

Press button  on Motor head for 2 Jogs

Press Stop Button on remote for 2 jogs

shade has been Paired

Change Motor Direction

Press Up & Down at the same time until shade Jogs

Direction has been changed

Set Bottom Limit

Move shade to desired bottom position

Press Stop & down at the same time till shade Jogs

Bottom Limit has been saved

Set Upper Limit

same steps but  but save with Stop & up

Adjust limits

shade does not need to be at current Limit

Begin by Pressing Stop & up or stop & down (depending on the limit you want to adjust

Move shade to desired new limit

press stop & up or down ( depending on limit you are adjusting)

shade jogs to confirm change

Motor Speed Adjust (black Motor)

On remote hit L  + C motor jogs 2 times indicating slow speed,  repeat steps motor jogs 4 times indicating fast speed

There are only 2 speeds on black moto

A Ok Motor

Pairing to Remote

Motor head program button press for 1 jog

Remote- press up button for 1 jog, shade is paired

Change Motor Direction

Motor head program button, press for 1 jog

Remote press down button shade will jog once direction has been changed

Ste limits 1st time (either can be set first)

Remote press program button for 1 jog

Press eith up or down to select limit

adjust shade to limit position press stop then press prog on remote

motor jogs to confirm limit set

Repeat steps for other limit

Adjust Limit

Move shade to current limit

Remote press prog for 1 jog

adjust limit

Remote press prog for 1 jog, limit has been changed

Set Favorite Position

Move shade to desired favorite position

Move shade to adjust

Remote press prog for 1 jog Favorite position has been saved

Reset Mot ( limits will still be saved)
